Shipping & Handling Policy

During our Holiday Season starting November 1st until the 15th of January, our office hours are 8:30AM-5:30PM Eastern Standard Time (UTC−05:00). Any orders that we receive by 4 EST will ship out the same day. If you place an order after 4pm that you would like to still ship out the same day please call our office at +1 888 423 9228

At the moment We Send items to Confirmed Addresses ONLY.

Handling time is approximately 2 business days after payment is complete. Domestic shipping can take between up to 5-7 business days(dependent on shipping method selected).

Tracking number will be provided when item has been shipped from warehouse. Also available upon request.

Guarantee & Return Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee if item arrives damaged or defective, or if for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned within 14 days after buyer receives them.

All returns must be authorized before attemtping to sending the item back to the warehouse. Please Contact Us to receive return instructions and RMA number for refund processing.

Items must be returned by registered insured mail and packed securely. Items must be returned undamaged and in original condition.

We do not take responsibility for any personal or third party losses. If return is made for a reason within our control (didn't arrive on time, manufacturer's defect, damaged goods, wrong item, etc.) a full refund will be issued. For any other reason, the customer will be refunded the full amount minus an 8% restocking fee and the original shipping charge.
